Built in a colonial style with several pavilions, this property perfectly blends authenticity and modernity, making it an ideal spot for a paradisiacal stay with family or friends in St. Barths. Overlooking the bay of St. Jean, the PASHA vacation home is the dream setting for your next holiday.
Facing the panoramic view, the ultra-comfortable living room is furnished with gray sofas in a patinated wood decor, giving the whole space exceptional charm and elegance. With its breakfast bar equipped with stools, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing all your meals in a tropical ambiance. The high vaulted ceilings add an extra dimension and a pleasant sense of space to this large living area.
On the terrace, the layout is luxurious and very comfortable. Under the covered area, a beautiful outdoor lounge connects with the interior, creating a space gently rocked by the trade winds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. A large teak dining table seats up to ten people for outdoor meals in an idyllic setting of colorful bougainvillea and sculpted foliage. At the front, the large heated infinity pool unfolds facing the splendid ocean view, surrounded by sun loungers in the shade of parasols or in the sun, according to your preference. The villa's tropical garden adds to the wonder and beauty of the place, where you will love to stroll and suspend time.

A fifth bedroom, ideal for young children, with bunk beds, connects with one of the bedrooms and shares its bathroom, and can be made available upon request.
