On the main upper level, a spacious and cozy living space, fully air-conditioned, with an elegant, fitted kitchen, which opens onto a comfortable living room with white sofas and armchairs. This set opens onto the covered terrace hosting an outdoor living room and a rectangular wooden dining table.
Also on this floor, three first bedrooms and their private bathroom. All three offer a superb view of the ocean.
Finally, a long-heated infinity pool and its large terrace with many sun loungers and other beds and lounges, welcomes you for moments of contemplation and unique relaxation.
A large staircase and an elevator give access to the lower levels. First, the one on the ground floor, dedicated to parking spaces, then on the lowest floor. The latter, in addition to the gym and cinema room, hosts the other three rooms with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and their private bathrooms.
