On the main upper level, a spacious and cozy living space, fully air-conditioned, with an elegant, fitted kitchen, which opens onto a comfortable living room with white sofas and armchairs. This set opens onto the covered terrace hosting an outdoor living room and a rectangular wooden dining table.
Also on this floor, three first bedrooms and their private bathroom. All three offer a superb view of the ocean.
Finally, a long-heated infinity pool and its large terrace with many sun loungers and other beds and lounges, welcomes you for moments of contemplation and unique relaxation.
A large staircase and an elevator give access to the lower levels. First, the one on the ground floor, dedicated to parking spaces, then on the lowest floor.
