What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival at the villa is from 3 pm and departure before 12 am (unless otherwise agreed with the agency). Please consult the description of each of our villas.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 90 days before the arrival date: no penalty will be applied to the tenant.
Between 90 days and 60 days before the arrival date: the Agency will retain the 30% deposit.
Less than 60 days before the arrival date: the Agency will retain the full rental amount.
